Superdry’s flagship York store recently closed down. I visited the site whilst it was being refitted to JD Sports, the shopfitters needed rid of all fixtures and fittings and quickly – this included the 16 Bose 802 Series 3 speakers I acquired. These are extremely rare and difficult to find – especially in non hammered, mint condition.

Originally installed by Dogstar AV in Nottingham in 2012, the system now lives in Doncaster with the speakers mounted on stands and on poles with the matching Bose subwoofers for outdoor radio broadcasts/music functions I do as a hobby a few times a year.

Probably £20,000 – £30,000 worth of install new all those years ago.
